โI liked the idea of having a career where I could interact with people, build relationships with patients and most importantly, help them improve and maintain their oral health. Being able to make a positive difference to someone is one of the things I really enjoy about being a hygienist!โ

โI think good oral hygiene starts with investing in a good electric toothbrush. This gives you a strong foundation for keeping your teeth and gums healthy. Brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, along with cleaning between your teeth regularly, can make a big difference. My biggest piece of advice is to find a routine that works for you and stick with it consistently.โ
