Following the recent news of dentists being allowed to open from the 8th June we would like to give our patients more information regarding our opening hours.
Due to the short notice period, restricted PPE, enhanced cleaning protocols and social distancing we need to carry out, we are unable to treat patients for routine appointments including a scale and polish at this current time.
The practice telephone triage system that is currently in place will still be ongoing. Our door will remain closed for social distancing reasons and patients with severe toothache will be given an appointment time to enter the practice following on from a telephone consultation with a member of our team first.
We thank you for your continued patience and look forward to welcoming you back for routine care soon.

COVID-19 Update (18/3/2020)

Interruption to services.

Ensuring patients with dental emergencies don't attend A+E reduces unnecessary hospital admissions and supports front-line NHS colleagues.

It is also our ethical duty to ensure that government social distancing policy is followed to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Therefore:
All routine examinations are cancelled.

All non-urgent treatment is cancelled.

Open for toothache's by appointment ONLY.

Please phone for appointments, there is no online booking.

All appointments will involve minimal social contact. You may attend with one other person, if absolutely necessary.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointed time.

We are following government guidance regarding who can be safely treated. You will be triaged over the phone.

Suspended services include:
Fillings / Root Treatments / Denture work / Scaling / Crown and Bridge work

Non-registered patients who have dental emergencies are welcome to contact us for triage.

We are still open and following NHS guidelines regarding COVID-19.
If you have recently travelled abroad or been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for coronavirus, we do ask if you could rearrange your dental appointments.
If you do have symptoms of the virus please call 111 and self isolate.

We are happy to announce renovations are about to begin here at Deneholme Dental Practice.
We are adding extra surgeries to help meet our current patient lists and to welcome NEW NHS patients.
Flat level access will soon be available.
