Following the latest government update, we are still open. We implemented and continue to follow strict safety measures to ensure our patients and our staff safety. We understand if you prefer to reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, please continue to attend your appointment unless we ask you not to.

We would like to keep our patients informed..
Whilst we are "open", we have to adhere to strict guidelines including social distancing and "fallow times". The latter means the surgery is out of use for 1 hour after a dentist uses a dental hand piece. This significantly limits the number of surgeries in use and the number of patients we can treat.
We are trying our best to prioritise our patients in need and endeavour to treat all our patients asap.

We're looking forward to our return to practice and are preparing our protocols to keep everyone as safe as possible.

We think it's important to keep you, our patients, informed.

High Street Dental Practice have always had exceptionally high infection control procedures in place and all of our team are trained and operate to a high standard in all aspects of cross infection.

However, due to new covid 19 guidance, we are sure you understand there will be a few changes over the next few months that we must implement.

We will need to maintain social distancing which limits the type and number of appointments we can offer. We have sent emails outlining the changes - if we do not have your email address please call us and update your records.

We will contact you as soon as we are able to offer you an appointment. If you are in pain please contact us and we will do all we can to help you.

We hope you understand this is for everyone's safety and we appreciate your patience and cooperation as we negotiate these difficult times.

We can't wait to see you soon.
