This patient came in concerned about staining on the upper front teeth (UR1 and UL1).

During the consultation, we discussed several options to improve the appearance, including whitening, ICON treatment, veneers and composite bonding.

After understanding the benefits of each option, the patient chose composite bonding as a conservative and effective solution.

Composite bonding allows us to carefully improve the color and shape of teeth while preserving as much of the natural tooth structure as possible.
The result is a brighter, more balanced smile achieved in a minimally invasive way.
Most importantly, the patient was very happy with the outcome and confident with their smile again.

From Pain and Infection to a Natural-Looking Smile

This patient came to us with their UL1 (upper front tooth) in severe pain and oozing pus, a clear sign of infection.

Our initial plan was to save the tooth with a root canal treatment. Unfortunately, during treatment it became clear that the tooth was no longer restorable.

We discussed all the available options with the patient. For now, the patient chose to replace the tooth with a denture.

To make sure the smile still looked natural, we used an Enigma tooth on the denture. The result was a beautifully matched tooth that blends perfectly with the UR1, restoring the patientโ€™s smile and confidence. โœจ

Sometimes dentistry is about adapting quickly and choosing the best solution for the patient in that moment.
