Think you are done once the aligners come out?

Not quite.

Teeth have a habit of wanting to drift back, and your retainer is there to stop exactly that.

Wearing it as instructed keeps everything where it should be, and protects the time and money you
have put in.

So keep the retainer in - unless you fancy coming back to see us again 🤍

What should patients look for before choosing a dental practice? With Cher 🙌

Read the reviews.
Look at the testimonials.
Pay attention to how a practice communicates.

Because looking good online is one thing - actually caring for patients properly is another.

A good first appointment should feel clear, professional and reassuring from the start.

A little more from around the practice!

Busy days, good people and plenty going on behind the scenes.

Sherwood has always been about making patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.

More from the team soon 🤍

Green flags to look for when choosing a dental practice for a smile makeover with .m.daji ✅

A team that asks what you want before telling you what they would do.

A team that cares about natural-looking results.

A team that explains things clearly and does not push a one-size-fits-all approach.

Your smile should suit you - not a trend.

The bits that were never supposed to make the cut 😂

Forgotten lines, chaos and the odd unexpected one-liner.

A little proof that not every video goes smoothly first time.

Probably for the best.

A little look behind the scenes at

From check-ups to lunch breaks in the garden, this is the side of the practice people do not always see 👀

A big part of Sherwood is the team behind it all - good people, good energy and a practice that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Don’t take the... Come to Sherwood!

Dr Roopa quick fire questions…

Tea over coffee.
Beach over pool.
Trainers over heels.
Electric toothbrush over manual.

And one thing patients should stop worrying about?

Being scared.

You will not be the only one, and you definitely will not be judged for it.
