At Signature Orthodontics, complex orthodontic cases are something our specialist team handles every day. With two specialist orthodontists, a consultant oral surgeon, two specialist periodontists, and a specialist prosthodontist all based in-house, we have the expertise to treat cases that other practices simply can't.

We see patients who have been turned away elsewhere. We treat rotated teeth, impacted canines, complex bites, and cases requiring surgical support - all coordinated by our specialist team without the need for external referrals. At Signature Orthodontics, we believe the end of active treatment is just the beginning of protecting your result. Every patient receives custom retainers at the end of their treatment - and we include a full year of aftercare as standard, with retention reviews to make sure everything stays exactly where it should be.

Here's what you need to know about retainers:

- They're essential for keeping your new smile in place
- Both fixed and removable options are available
- Wearing them as directed by Dr Preet is the most important thing you can do post-treatment
- If your retainer is lost or damaged, come and see us promptly
- We can replace retainers for patients who didn't complete treatment with us
