TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A £20 refundable deposit is required to secure your place. This offer is only valid for attendees of the open day who confirm their treatment within 60 days of the open day date. For the 30.06.26 open day, treatment must be confirmed by 29.08.26. For the 25.08.26 open day, treatment must be confirmed by 24.10.26. Free home teeth whitening is included at the end of treatment for patients aged 18 and over. This offer is available to both existing and new patients of Hawkins Dental & Implant Clinic.
