This patient presented with an impacted upper right incisor with a developing skeletal III malocclusion. Patient had surgery to expose the impacted upper right incisor tooth, which was then aligned with upper arch treatment only.  The skeletal III growth was being monitored before definitive options could be discussed.

Another great smile created by Dr Jas Panesar, Consultant and Registered Specialist Orthodontist. 

Patient had concerns about his underbite (Class III) and inability to bite properly, the protruding lower jaw ( severe Skeletal III) which was to one side ( severe Mandibular Asymmetry) with a complete scissor bite.

Patient had extraction of the restored upper left first molar and palatal erupted upper right second premolar extracted and Braces to decompensate the malocclusion. Dental expansion was limited by the dental anatomy and complete scissor bite. The patient did not want surgical expansion.

The patient had top and bottom (Bimaxillary) jaw surgery to correct the skeletal discrepancy

Patient is very happy with the improvement in function and appearance
