We are pleased to inform you that we have been authorised to reopen our practice for face to face consultations and treatments. Please rest assured that our primary objective is to see and treat you as a matter of priority and as ​safely as possible.

We recommend that if you are in a high-risk group, that is if you are medically vulnerable and shielded, that you delay any non-essential treatment for as long as possible.

All face-to-face consultations and treatments will only be provided following remote risk assessment and triage ​our team. We hope you agree that at this stage we should prioritise patients in order of urgency. Please bear with us as we work through ​this ​list.

for all routine and non-urgent dental care and our team will call you for a remote risk assessment and triage.

If you do need an urgent appointment because you have swelling, constant bleeding and suffering from trauma to the teeth, please call the practice and one of our team members will help you. The practice is remaining close.

Covid-19 is going to change the way we work, that’s why we’ve upgraded all our PPE to Level 2 which is inline with the Goverment guidelines for Aerosol Generating Procedures (AGP).
Our masks are now FFP2, we have surgical sterile gowns which are fluid resistant and fluid repelling visors.
When we reopen, we will have social distancing measures in place and longer appointments to allow for no overlaps in patients.
