🌟 if you asked me “ what’s the best way to improve my skin?” Every time I would answer “ invest in skincare “

❤️Mouth cancer action month ❤️

Around 8,300 people are diagnosed with mouth cancer each year in the UK, which is about 1 in every 50 cancers diagnosed. More than 2 in 3 cases of mouth cancer develop in adults over the age of 55. Only 1 in 8 (12.5%) happen in people younger than 50. Men are more likely to get mouth cancer than women

Just a few facts about mouth cancer

✅ And lumps/ bumps or sore patches that do not clear up within 2 weeks

Here we brrrrrrrr again!,,

❄️ Cold weather likes to play havoc with your skin, you may feel more dry and dehydrated with more frequent breakouts as you tackle this with thicker emollient creams ( which can clog pores and increase spots) to reduce the “ feeling of dryness”

☺️ Tiny red spider veins or flushing may start to appear on the cheeks and nose as the tiny blood vessels under the skin, expand and contract while moving from hot to cold in warm houses and cars to outside more frequently.
These fragile blood vessels can become a long standing problem if not handled correctly.

🧐 So what can you can you do to reduce these problems?

🌞 SPF 😮 YES!!! In winter. The ageing damage caused by UV rays is 365 days of the year. The burning/ redness type damage is more so in the summer months.
🌞 UV damage causes cells to breakdown and stop reproducing effectively which reduces collagen and elastin production.
🦠This can increases the change of breaks in the skin causing breakouts as bacteria find a way into out bodies.
