Don’t like using your water flosser? We highly recommend using a water-flosser to clean between your teeth, but are aware that some of our patients can find it tricky to get used to.
So, to help you out, we’ve come up with 3 tips to help you get started!
✨ Use lukewarm water, especially if your teeth are sensitive
✨ If you find it messy or have trouble with spray, try using it in the shower!
✨ Close your lips around the water flosser to prevent spray and move it along the gum line, tooth by tooth
