Most adults attending Rossmore Dental Care are now seen privately. Private treatment allows for longer clinical time to complete an item of treatment to the highest standard. This is important in all procedures but especially in root canal treatment, gum care, mercury free fillings and crowns. Private treatment also enables you to select superior quality materials and increased laboratory time and detail for crowns, bridges, veneers and dentures. Denplan:
Denplan is an excellent way of budgeting for private dental care. This is a monthly plan where the entire cost of maintaining your dental heath by Rossmore Dental Care is covered. The only extra charge is the technicians fee of providing bespoke crowns dentures and bridges. Please feel free to speak to your dentist to arrange an assessment. Nervous Patients:
Some patients feel deep-seated anxiety about dentistry. Please discuss your fears with us and we will do everything we can do to help. Often our gentle approach is enough, but for the more anxious, intravenous sedation is available. Intravenous sedation involves a drug (midazolam) being injected into the arm, which reduces anxiety and allows dental treatment to be carried out. Children's Dentistry:
We undertake all aspects of children's dentistry , placing particular emphasis on prevention and oral hygiene. Fissure sealants are applied where necessary to protect molar teeth. Emergency Service:
If you are in pain during surgery hours, please telephone as soon as possible and every effort will be made to see you promptly.
