Check out this breathtaking makeover by Dr Ambrish🦷💖 Our lovely patient arrived with aging composite bonding that had lost its shine. With meticulous care, Dr. Ambrish removed the old bonding without compromising any natural tooth structure.

He then crafted stunning new freehand composites, resulting in a radiant, fuller smile that our patient absolutely adores!

When this lovely patient came to see me, her smile had a story to tell — and it went deeper than colour or shape ✨

The dental work she’d had before had served her for years, but underneath, things had quietly begun to break down. Failing root canal treatments. Failing crowns, bridges and veneers. An unstable bite. Gums that were constantly inflamed. And over time, her smile had narrowed and lost its balance.

Her smile hadn’t just aged — her mouth had started working against itself.

So instead of asking “how do we make this prettier?”, we asked the question that really matters: what does this smile need to be healthy again?

What followed was a complete rehabilitation, planned stage by stage — rebuilding her bite, restoring the fullness of her smile, and gently lifting the gum line at the front to bring everything back into harmony.

Following orthodontic treatment, the final stage of this smile transformation focused on refining proportions, balance, and harmony through carefully hand crafted composite bonding and conservative gum contouring.

By redesigning the shapes and balance across the upper front teeth as well levelling the gum architecture - we were able to create a result that feels more natural, cohesive, and in proportion to the patient’s smile and facial features correcting a midline slant an a mismatch in the smile curve

Often, it’s these finishing details that elevate a smile into a truly aesthetic outcome
