Shocked! We have another Invisalign case that has been put forward for this months (Feb 2026) Aligner Case of The Month Award at The Aligner Dental Academy.

Our case was a lower front tooth extraction case. As the crowding was so severe, this was the best option to create the space we needed to align the teeth.

Teeth aligned and space closed with Invisalign Clear Aligners. No lower teeth black triangles, as is the problem with these types of cases.

All short-listed cases are excellent, and the competition is tough! But honoured just to be shortlisted!

Small changes to the position of the teeth = HUGE changes in confidence. 😊
Invisalign clear aligners were used here to straighten and improve this lovely patients smile. We added in some tooth brightening treatment and some minor contouring to the chipped teeth and we created a Beautiful Natural, Low Maintenance, Confident Smile! 🙂🤗❤️

I really love this beautiful smile that we have achieved in this lovely patient of ours.
We used Invisalign clear aligners to straighten the teeth, simple tooth brightening treatment to improve the colour and minor contouring to reshape chipped edges on the teeth. The result is a confident, beautiful, natural and low maintenace smile!
Age is no barrier to a beautiful smile and clear aligners open up a new possibility for achieving this discretely and more efficiently than with tradtional braces.

The PUSHED OUT upper front tooth. I've had a recent surge of cases like this, and I realised that I've never posted a finished one on here before!
So, here's one we finished earlier this year. 🙂 The UR1 was crowded out of the upper arch, and this also created a lip catch (which helped worsen its position even more 🤕). Its forward positon also meant it was at higher risk of trauma and damage from a fall or sporting injury.
We used INVISALIGN clear aligners to create and re open the lost space so that the tooth could be successfully realigned back into the arch.
Result: straight teeth that are easier to clean and at less risk of trauma! We also improved the smile and finished with a good functional bite. A natural, low-maintenance, beautiful smile! Just how we like them! 👍

End of an Era 😓. After 15 and a half years at the Howard Street Clinic, today I finally ran my last clinic and said farewell. It's been a fantastic place to work in with lots of laughs and quite a few challenges along the way, but we've always come through smiling! The team, especially my brilliant, long-standing nurse, Karren, and the wonderful patients we've had, have always made the job so enjoyable that 15 years have literally flown by! I'm really going to miss being there 😥. Thank you all for the lovely cards and gifts ###

A very Intense, but highly enjoyable, TWO days of learning about Advanced Invisalign Techniques for treating teenagers! A huge shout out to .ramtint, .damontaheri , Dr Ilias, and the Aliners team, for a truly fantastic course and for sharing their knowledge and expertise so freely, so that we can all learn to improve our Invisalign treatment outcomes in teenagers.
