What if our day began and ended with a few dance moves and a song that makes us feel really happy?

Today is and the key message is that a happy mouth can be a happy start and end of every day if we boogie while we brush 💃 🕺 🪥

It's easy to , just:

1. Grab your toothbrush and flouride toothpaste.
2. Put on your favourite song
3. Brush and boogie like no one is watching!
4. Clean all the sides and surfaces of your teeth to the rhythm of the beat.
5. Before you know it, 2 minutes will be up but you won't want to stop!
6. Create your own brush and boogie playlist and share it with friends and family to help brighten up their day too.
