We kindly ask all our patients to give us as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange their appointment.

Unfortunately, we have recently seen a significant increase in late cancellations and missed appointments (Did Not Attends). When appointments are missed without notice, it means valuable treatment time goes unused, while other patients who are waiting for an appointment miss the opportunity to be seen.

Bitter-sweet news for our practice today as we say goodbye to a truly wonderful member of our team! 🦷✨
​Today is Levi’s last day with us, and to say we are sad to see her go is an understatement. Levi has been an incredible asset to the practice, starting out greeting you all on reception and working her way up to becoming a fantastic dental nurse.
​While we are heartbroken to lose her, we are incredibly proud of her next step. Levi is leaving us to follow her passion and run her very own dog grooming business! 🐾💈
