❌️❌️We have recently been experiencing a high number of missed appointments where we receive no notice or explanation.

We completely understand that things can happen and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rearranged. However, when we are not notified, we are unable to offer that appointment to another patient who may be waiting for treatment.

Every missed appointment also means valuable clinical time is lost for our dentists and dental team, and unfortunately, this time cannot be recovered.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Even a quick phone call gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else.
We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation.❌️❌️

We kindly ask all our patients to give us as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange their appointment.

Unfortunately, we have recently seen a significant increase in late cancellations and missed appointments (Did Not Attends). When appointments are missed without notice, it means valuable treatment time goes unused, while other patients who are waiting for an appointment miss the opportunity to be seen.
