‼️‼️ NOTICE TO PATIENTS ‼️‼️

We would just like to clarify that patients must attend regularly to keep up their NHS dental places. Many of our patients forget to make regular visits to see their dentist. And then, before they realise, it’s been over two years. it is your responsibility to make these appointments.

The practice will NOT tolerate abuse over the telephone, in the street or slander made on social media. 👀

As you are aware, NHS dentistry and all the staff are under a lot of pressure and as a practice we are doing our best to look after our patients.

Are you struggling with severe dental pain or urgent dental issues in Bishop Auckland, Teesdale or East Cumbria area?

This service is NOT for routine examinations, walk ins or patients currently under a course of treatment

Are you suffering from any of the below:
• If you are experiencing severe dental pain that is not controlled with usual pain relief and is waking you at night.
• If you have a swelling to the face that is visible.
• If you have dental pain that is reasonably controlled with your usual pain relief.
• If you have any other urgent dental need (e.g., broken fillings, gum disease, other concerns with your mouth)
