✨✨CONGRATULATIONS LISA ON YOUR LAST DAY AS THE BOSS LADY AT BALLYHOLME!✨✨

Today was Lisa’s last day as the owner of Ballyholme Dental Practice, a business she built from the ground up back in 1999. What an incredible accomplishment and we wish her all the best in this exciting, and hopefully stress free, chapter… she has certainly earned it! 💜🩵💚💛

💙 MONTHLY SELF CHECK REMINDER 💙

Always be alert to unusual changes in your mouth and if you are worried, get it checked out. Don’t be frightened. It’s important that you don’t suffer in silence and to remember that the sooner it’s looked at, the sooner it can be sorted.

The Mouth Cancer Foundation recommends that you carry out a self-check once a month. It's quick and easy and can potentially save your life!

To carry out your own mouth cancer self-check, follow along with this video

THIS or THAT Thursday

This week we are looking at when our patients prefer to floss. As long as you are cleaning in between your teeth once a day there really is no right or wrong answer as to what time of day you should do it. You should however think about when is easier for you to do it so it becomes easier to implement it into your daily routine. Just make sure you are doing it BEFORE you brush your teeth so you are getting the best out of the flouride in your toothpaste 😁
