This week we are looking at when our patients prefer to floss. As long as you are cleaning in between your teeth once a day there really is no right or wrong answer as to what time of day you should do it. You should however think about when is easier for you to do it so it becomes easier to implement it into your daily routine. Just make sure you are doing it BEFORE you brush your teeth so you are getting the best out of the flouride in your toothpaste 😁
