📚✨ A Great Day of Training for Our Team! ✨📚

A few weeks ago, our team took part in a fantastic day of training, helping us continue to develop our knowledge, skills and confidence to provide the best possible care for our patients. 🦷💙

A big thank you to everyone who delivered our training sessions:

We really appreciate the time, knowledge and expertise shared throughout the day. Keeping our team up to date with essential training is an important part of maintaining a safe environment for both our patients and staff.

What to do if a bracket is rubbing your cheek...

- Dry the area that is causing discomfort
- Roll the wax into a small ball
- Mould the wax over the bracket
- You may find the wax falls off during eating or drinking , just repeat the above steps.

How often should I wear my retainers?

We recommend to keep your teeth straight to wear your retainers every night, 7 days a week :D
