We hope everyone has had a lovely long weekend ☀️
If you were lucky enough to get lots of treats over Easter, don’t forget to look after your teeth while enjoying them!
Some ways of doing this are
- limit treats to main meals. This helps reduce the amount of acid attacks to your teeth.
- eating a piece of cheese after sweet treats can help balance the ph levels in your mouth, neutralising the acid on your teeth
- rinse your mouth with water after drinking sweet/fizzy drinks

And don’t forget to brush twice daily and floss/tepe!
