Part Time Cleaner required-Aviemore Dental and Implant Clinic

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various premises, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to high standards
Ensure waste disposal is managed efficiently and bins are emptied regularly
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their cleaning requirements
Qualifications

Basic proficiency in English for effective communication
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
Excellent customer service skills to interact politely with clients and staff
Good communication skills to report issues clearly and work collaboratively with team members
Valid driving licence is desirable for travelling between sites but not essential
Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided
This position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment while contributing to a clean and safe environment. We value reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all our team members. This role works out of normal working hours. You will be required to be a key holder. Working hours can be discussed at time of interview

Snowy Forecast,
To all of our patients at the practice. Our car park is in the process of being cleared. Half has been done and salted. We are expecting more snow overnight. We are doing our best to keep conditions good at the practice. Please be mindful of parking and do not block the handicap access for patients. Please do not block the rear building access, the plow is coming to clear tomorrow morning. The road to the practice had yet to be done by the council, as main roads were the priority. They are not in the best shape.
