At Northern Teeth, we make it easy for you to send us your cases digitally. Our skilled team uses a combination of advanced digital technology and traditional techniques to create high-quality dental appliances tailored to your prescriptions.

How It Works:

Digital Submission: Simply email your digital files to [email protected].
In-House Design: Our models are digitally designed and 3D printed on-site, allowing us to start planning your case promptly.
You can also find us listed on various platforms, including iTero and Dentsply Sirona, under the Laboratories menu.

🌟✨ We have just wrapped up a stunning lower cobalt chrome framework denture case! ✨🌟

Enigmalife teeth, Diamond D Ultra High impact acrylic, Candulor coloured pigments. This Cosmetic denture is looking fantastic. The well-fitting framework is crucial not only for functionality of the denture, but also for the patient's comfort and confidence. Properly designed rest seats and strategically placed clasps have ensured stability and retention while spreading occlusal forces across the supporting structures of the mouth.

One of our key priorities at the lab is aesthetics. Our latest framework integrates beautifully with the patient’s natural mucosa, creating a seamless look that enhances their smile. The blend of advanced materials, digital and analogue methods, meticulous craftsmanship and great comunication with Dr. Sarah Wood and our lab partners allowed us to achieve a result that is both durable and visually appealing.

I'm excited to show off this Beautiful partial denture that focuses on both functionality and aesthetics, ensuring comfort and a lifelike appearance for the patient.This was a great case to work on with fantastic clinical work provided by Dr Matthew Gough at Shiremoor Dental Practice

Here are some of the main features that we focused on to make this denture a success:

Teeth Selection: Utilizing Schottlander's Enigmalife Teeth provided a lifelike appearance, offering a natural look that is essential for a fantastic aesthetic result in our dentures.

Staining Technique: The use of GC's Optiglaze staining kit for the teeth enhances their realism by allowing customisation of color and shading, contributing to a more natural transition between the denture teeth and the surrounding tissues.

Acrylic Material: The choice of Diamond D Ultra High Impact acrylic ensures that our dentures are both durable and aesthetically pleasing. The addition of Candulor colour pigments to the acrylic provides a more natural gum appearance, allowing for greater customisation and personalisation of the denture.

Retention Feature: The incorporation of a discreet clear flexible anterior clasp is a thoughtful design element that aids in retention without compromising the aesthetic appearance of the denture. This helps maintain stability during use.
