Quick reminder to all our patients that back in 2025,
Ardrossan Dental Care introduced a Zero Tolerance Policy for No Shows / Failed to Attend and short notice cancellations attempts.

This policy has been introduced to help ensure NHS services are available fairly and efficiently for everyone.

Missed appointments waste valuable clinical time and reduce availability for other patients waiting to access NHS dental services.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the practice as early as possible - not later than 24 working hours prior to scheduled appointment - to allow us to offer the slot to another patient.

We make every effort to ensure appointments are attended by sending you up to 3 reminders prior to the appointment date and time.
