Unfortunately we will remain closed today as there is not enough power for the dental equipment. Staff will be on sight, and the phone is occasionally working. We will be in touch with those booked in when we are able to access the computer records to rearrange appointments. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Due to an overwhelming response, we are going to have to put things on hold until we work through those that have contacted us so far. We have received over 200 requests in 4 hours, which we very grateful for, but this will take us a couple of weeks to work through. For those who have already contacted us we will be in touch asap. From 9pm tonight we will stop accepting requests. Thank you

⚠️ Other car parks may have resumed parking charges, if in doubt please check before heading out.

Practices in England can reopen from Monday, but many say they will not be ready.

To all our lovely patients…

Following the announcement by the government – we’ve been given a date of 8th June to start a phased return to work.

During lockdown we have been supporting and caring for you through our telephone triaging system but rest assured, in the background, we’ve been working tirelessly to ensure that when we do reopen, we do so with new operating procedures and protective equipment that ensures the safety of our patients and our staff.

During lockdown we kept a record of all the patients who needed our urgent help. Understandably we will be giving urgent priority to those patients first, but will ensure that we contact all patients who have missed their routine appointments as well as those patients who are mid treatment. To help us achieve this, we will be extending our opening hours.

If you have any questions, please contact the practice by email on [email protected] if possible to help keep the phonelines free for those in urgent need. Can I please ask that you do not turn up at the practice until we advise it is ok to do so.

We thank you all so very much for your patience, continued support and understanding.
