If you have a dental problem, please don’t leave it until the week before you go away to get it checked.

Some dental treatments cannot be completed in just one appointment and may require several visits over a period of weeks. Giving yourself enough time allows us to properly assess the problem, discuss your options and complete any necessary treatment.

Our advice is simple: if you have a dental concern, contact us as soon as possible.

That way, you can head off on holiday knowing you’ve taken care of your dental health and enjoy your time away with peace of mind. ☀️🌴

🚨 Need urgent dental care?

We offer emergency appointments between 8:30am and 9:20am.

Please telephone or email the practice before 8:30am to arrange an emergency appointment. If you contact us after 8:30am, we may be unable to offer you an appointment on the same day, although we will always do our very best to help.

At Ampthill Dental Practice, we understand that dental emergencies can be unexpected and worrying. One of the services we’re particularly pleased to offer is our dedicated emergency appointment service, helping our patients access urgent dental care when they need it.

Emergency appointments are available between 8:30am and 9:20am.

📞 Please telephone us on 01525 403205 or email the practice before 8:30am to arrange an appointment.

✨ Our Story ❤️

Our story began in 1988, when Miss Saxby became Practice Principal at Ampthill Dental Practice following Mr Sykes. Since then, we’ve proudly cared for generations of families in our wonderful community.

Following in Miss Saxby’s footsteps, her eldest daughter, Laura, joined the practice in 2006 later becoming Practice Principal in 2024. Her youngest daughter, Niamh joined in 2018 and both now continue the family tradition of caring for our patients.

We welcomed Dhivesh in August 2014 and Suraj in January 2018, both of whom are an integral part of our practice family.

Today, over 38 years later, we’re still proud to be a family run practice, staying true to our motto, Our family looking after your family. 💙

Whether you’ve been with us for decades or are thinking of joining us for the first time, we’d love to welcome you.
