🧅 Strong smelling food and drink contribute to the problem, avoiding strong smelling foods will improve oral malodour.
🚬Smoking is another major contributor
💦 Dry mouth can be a factor, keep hydrated
🪥 Brush your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste
🧵 Floss or use interdental brushes daily
🍬 Reduce sugar intake

The dental plan is £20 to join (£95 + X-rays if you’d rather not join the plan), then £16.35 per month.

World Book Day 🌍 📚
I do miss a good book! Dental and Medical textbooks are massive, so these days my ebook collection is more extensive, I remember carrying these to the University most days, as the library never had enough for everyone. I feel personally victimised by I’m sure that book nearly broke my neck, plus they’re not cheap when you’re a student

Regardless, I do prefer a real book to an ebook, I think I might take a trip to the medical bookshop. I’m coming for you this weekend.
