Have you ever heard us mention “Invisalign refinements” and wondered what we meant?

Refinement aligners are an additional set of aligners to move the teeth further if they’re not where we want them to be. ✨All of our Invisalign packages include one set of refinements.✨

In this reel we will follow our patient, Amy, who you may remember as our competition winner, as she visits Dr Matt for her final review of her Invisalign treatment.

After Amy’s current set of aligners, there’s still a few movements that we would like to make so we removed the attachments, re-scanned and sent off for the additional refinement aligners. During this time whilst we wait for the new aligners to be made a shipped, Amy will continue to wear her current aligner to avoid any relapse of her progress so far.

If you’re ready to start your Invisalign journey and have any questions or want to book your appointment, feel free to drop us a message 📲

Across the UK all clear aligner treatments have had a 20% increase.

As of 7th September 2026, HMRC added 20% VAT to clear aligners supplied to dental practices in the UK. So as a result, our Invisalign packages at Lawton Dental in Alsager will increase to reflect this.

But we have good news! We have decided to pay your VAT for the first month 🙌🏼 that means our prices will stay as it is for a little longer, until 1st October.

So if you’ve been considering teeth straightening with clear aligners, this is your sign to book now!
