Our reception team is the first point of contact for every patient whether that’s at the front desk or over the phone. They manage enquiries, coordinate appointments, and ensure the day runs efficiently from start to finish.

They also arrange new patient exams and consultations, providing clear information and helping patients get booked in at a time that works for them. Their organisation and communication support the smooth running of both practices and set the standard for the rest of the visit.

Their role is central to the patient journey, an th professionalism they bring to front of house reflects the values we aim to uphold at Lodge Dental.
