Not sure what a dental implant actually is? Here's the simple version. 🦷

Three parts. One permanent solution:
🔩 The implant — titanium post that fuses to your jawbone
🔗 The abutment — connects the implant to the crown
🦷 The crown — the visible tooth, custom-made to match yours
No gaps. No removable parts. Looks and feels completely natural.

A missing tooth might not seem urgent — but leaving it untreated causes more damage than most people realise. 🦷

Here's what happens over time:
📉 Bone loss — the jawbone begins to shrink within months
↔️ Teeth shift — surrounding teeth drift into the gap
😬 Bite changes — leading to uneven wear and jaw tension
😔 Confidence dips — affecting how you speak, eat, and smile
The longer it's left, the more complex the solution becomes.
A dental implant stops all of this. Permanently.

Dr Ahmed Elmadani sees patients for implant consultations and has a special interest in root canal treatment — whether you need to save a tooth or replace one, you're in the right hands.
