It’s been a long time since I shared a case, but I continue to give everything I have for my patients.
This case required two years of treatment.

-Additional gingival grafting around the pontic area was performed to achieve the best possible emergence profile.
As I have been doing for the past six years, I performed the gingival graft on the same day as the bonding. In my experience, this consistently leads to better results: the tissue remains vital and the ceramic restoration can help guide the healing and final architecture.
