Soft tissue: Dr Caroline Guillemot did an incredible job using the new P.R.I.S.M. technique developed by Dr Julien Mourlaas and Benjamin Cortasse

🎨 Ceramics: outstanding lab work in feldspathic ceramic by Dentalnecro Studio.

📐 Planning: preparation guides showed us exactly where to prepare the teeth and where the final ceramics would sit.

🖨️ Healing: 3D-printed provisionals from SprintRay Europe guided the soft tissue healing.

This is the future: gingival grafting and papilla surgery, combined with digital technology and old-school, hand-brushed craftsmanship by master ceramists. All brought together into one smile

And above all, it’s pure joy, teamwork and passion. ❤️ Even more so when patients are this lovely, and so patient while waiting for the final result. 🙏

It’s been a long time since I shared a case, but I continue to give everything I have for my patients.

This case required two years of treatment.

- The design and treatment planning were done by me, with the help of — a truly unique tool that I simply cannot work without.

- The orthodontic phase with aligners was performed by my friend and outstanding orthodontist

- The ceramic work is a mix of feldspathic handmade ceramic and zirconia layered bonded bridge , mixing them with natural teeth, crafted by the one and only
For the past three years, we have worked together on many challenging cases. With each collaboration, our workflow, communication, and final outcomes continue to improve.

-Additional gingival grafting around the pontic area was performed to achieve the best possible emergence profile.

As I have been doing for the past six years, I performed the gingival graft on the same day as the bonding. In my experience, this consistently leads to better results: the tissue remains vital and the ceramic restoration can help guide the healing and final architecture.
