Odontología real. Y probablemente por eso estos son algunos de mis casos favoritos.
Dientes teñidos y deteriorados, en una situación compleja donde el objetivo no era solo reponer el sector lateral superior mediante implantes, sino también reconstruir y aumentar los tejidos blandos para devolver armonía y naturalidad.
El objetivo no era crear una sonrisa artificial o “perfecta”. Era integrar el tratamiento y reproducir exactamente el color y las características propias del paciente.
Porque a veces el verdadero reto no es cambiarlo todo… sino hacer que parezca que siempre estuvo ahí.

Stained and deteriorated teeth, in a complex situation where the goal was not only to replace the upper lateral sector with implants, but also to rebuild and enhance the soft tissues to restore harmony and natural esthetics.
The objective was not to create an artificial or “perfect” smile. It was to integrate the treatment and reproduce exactly the patient’s own color and characteristics.
Because sometimes the real challenge is not changing everything… but making it look like it has always been there.
