We’re not crying… promise 🥹

This case is exactly why we opened!

After a traumatic dental experience many years ago, this lovely patient developed a huge fear of the dentist. But she finally found the courage to come and see us because she wanted to smile confidently again and feel proud of her smile in photos ❤️

From the very first appointment, Dra. Alaa took her time, listened to her concerns and guided her through every step at her own pace.

The case also came with its challenges, including a slightly misaligned bite, so the treatment had to be carefully adapted along the way.

And the result… well, you can see for yourself. 🥹✨

We’d be lying if we said there weren’t a few tears of joy… and plenty of hugs..in the clinic when the final crowns were cemented.

Seeing her reaction to her new smile was one of those moments that reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

And this isn’t quite the end of her journey… we’re already looking forward to seeing her again to work on the lower teeth next

Después de una experiencia dental traumática hace muchos años, esta encantadora paciente desarrolló un enorme miedo al dentista. Pero finalmente reunió el valor para venir a vernos porque quería volver a sonreír con confianza y sentirse orgullosa de su sonrisa en las fotos ❤️

Desde la primera cita, la Dra. Alaa se tomó su tiempo, escuchó sus preocupaciones y la acompañó en cada paso, siempre a su ritmo.

El caso también tuvo sus retos, entre ellos una mordida ligeramente desalineada, por lo que fue necesario ir adaptando cuidadosamente el tratamiento durante todo el proceso.

Y el resultado… bueno, podéis verlo por vosotros mismos. 🥹✨

Mentiríamos si dijéramos que no hubo algunas lágrimas de alegría… y muchos abrazos… en la clínica cuando cementamos las coronas definitivas.

It’s just your nervous system reacting to a place where you can’t see, can’t speak, and someone’s working inches from your face. Completely normal. So we built Raíces around removing the fear of coming to the dentist.

A real conversation before any treatment. A coffee or tea first. Nothing happens until you’re ready, and we explain every step before we take it.

Oh, and we have a secret weapon 🐾 Lily, Flora and Pitu, our resident terrace cats, who are experts at one thing: being completely relaxed. They’re always on hand to help nervous patients feel at home. We also have noise cancelling headphones, Netflix, weighted blanket, scents, and stress balls… All to provide you with a calming environment

Nuestro escáner CBCT 3D nos permite ver lo que una radiografía dental convencional no puede, ayudándonos a realizar diagnósticos más precisos y a planificar tratamientos, como los implantes dentales, con una precisión excepcional.

Entonces… ¿qué estuvimos haciendo realmente en Granada en SEPA?
(Prometemos que no fuimos solo por las tapas y el vino 🤭)

Aquí van algunas reflexiones 🤍

💭 La odontología moderna ya no se trata solo del tratamiento clínico.
La experiencia del paciente, los flujos digitales, la comunicación, la transparencia y los sistemas inteligentes están convirtiéndose en una parte muy importante de la atención sanitaria moderna.

Esto fue algo en lo que nos centramos muchísimo desde el primer día al crear la clínica: crear un entorno tranquilo y moderno y utilizar flujos digitales para hacer los tratamientos más precisos, predecibles y fáciles de entender.

💭 También fue muy interesante ver cómo la IA y la automatización están empezando a ayudar de verdad a las clínicas pequeñas a trabajar de forma más eficiente.
Ya hemos empezado a integrar esto en nuestra clínica para dedicar menos tiempo a tareas repetitivas y más tiempo a centrarnos en los pacientes.

Todavía queda muchísimo por aprender, pero es emocionante ver hacia dónde se dirige la odontología moderna ✨

Here are a few takeaways 🤍

💭 Modern dentistry is no longer just about clinical treatment alone.
Patient experience, digital workflows, communication, transparency, and smarter systems are becoming a big part of modern healthcare.

We focused heavily on this from day one when building our clinic… creating a calm, modern environment and using digital workflows to make treatments more precise, predictable, and easier to understand.

💭 It was interesting to see how AI & automation are beginning to genuinely help smaller clinics operate more efficiently too.
We already started integrating this into the clinic so our team can spend less time on repetitive admin and more time focusing on patients.

Still a lot to learn, but it’s exciting to see where modern dentistry is heading ✨
