Most dental practices perform well. But the ones that stay strong when something shifts usually have two things in common:
✅ Build value in every patient interaction. Every visit, every call, every email is an opportunity to strengthen the relationship and increase practice value. Never let one pass without it.
✅ Build documented, proven systems. Systems are the foundation of any practice. They determine both short-term performance and long-term success. Without them, everything depends on individuals. And individuals change.
The best time to protect your practice's future is before you need to.

"We all know a cause that deserves more visibility."

In the first edition of the Inibsa Donation Contest, Estefanía Olaya nominated the Integrative Paediatric Oncology Unit at Hospital Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona, a project that cares not only for the illness, but for how young patients and their families feel throughout the process.

There are many ways to be part of what makes Inibsa work. This is one of them.

Behind every anaesthetic cartridge that reaches its destination, there are people making it happen every single day. Now they're doing it from a new, larger warehouse built to keep growing. 📦

Inibsa is present in over 60 countries. And a big part of that is down to them. 💙

Most practices experience some level of revenue leakage. It's not a reflection of a bad team, it's the reality of running a dental practice today.

The first step is visibility. The rest follows.

A targeted outreach programme to patients with remaining benefits and incomplete treatment can increase practice revenue by $60,000 or more.
Two simple steps:
✅ Before year-end — contact patients with unused benefits and pending treatment. Let them know what they're entitled to and how to use it.

✅ Every January — follow up with patients who postponed treatment last year because they'd run out of benefits. Their coverage has now renewed.
Your patients want to complete their treatment. Sometimes they just need a reminder.
