🇪🇸Os presentamos a Toni, un paciente que acudió a nuestra clínica con el siguiente diagnóstico:
• Clase I.
• Mordida abierta.
• Compresión maxilar.
• Mordida cruzada en sectores posteriores.
• Torques negativos en sectores posteriores.
El paciente ya había sido tratado años atrás en otro centro y en otra ciudad con ortodoncia invisible, en un tratamiento que se prolongó aproximadamente 2 años sin resolver el problema de fondo.
👨⚕️El cierre de la mordida abierta se basó fundamentalmente en la rotación anterior mandibular: la expansión y la consecuente intrusión relativa de los segmentos posteriores superiores favorecieron la rotación antihoraria de la mandíbula, permitiendo el cierre de la mordida.
✨El caso se resolvió con el sistema Damon Ultima, que permitió realizar el tratamiento de forma rápida, eficiente y cómoda para el paciente, alcanzando un resultado excelente y estable.

🇺🇸We present Toni, a patient who came to our clinic with the following diagnosis:
• Class I.
• Open bite.
• Maxillary constriction.
• Posterior crossbite.
• Negative torque in the posterior segments.
The patient had already been treated years earlier at another clinic in another city with clear aligners, in a treatment that lasted approximately 2 years without solving the underlying problem.
👨⚕️The closure of the open bite was based primarily on the mandibular anterior rotation: the expansion and the consequent relative intrusion of the upper posterior segments favored the counterclockwise rotation of the mandible, allowing the bite to close.
✨The case was resolved with the Damon Ultima system, which made it possible to carry out the treatment in a fast, efficient and comfortable way for the patient, achieving an excellent and stable result.
