My name is Cally Walker and I am the founder of Connect My Marketing.
With 22 years in dental marketing, one thing has never changed: the belief that a great business starts with a great team.
My first responsibility is always my people. Not micromanaging them, but making sure they have the resources, accountability, and personal development they need to grow. Every team member has a clear understanding of their role and what success looks like, through regular one-to-ones, KPIs, and a shared document we call our Vivid Vision.
Our Vivid Vision sets out exactly where we are heading as a business, checked in on monthly, quarterly, and annually, so that every single person is aligned and working towards the same goal.
One of our core values is to treat every client as if they are our only client. That standard is protected every day through clear processes, honest communication, and a culture of transparency.
Because here is what I have learned after 22 years: high performance does not come from motivation alone. It comes from clarity. When your team knows exactly what they need to do and why it matters, they show up differently.
And when things get difficult? Great leadership means having those hard conversations early, before standards slip.
