We're looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to join our team 4 days per week.
This is a hands-on creative role managing a portfolio of client accounts from start to finish, so we're looking for someone who's comfortable doing much more than simply scheduling posts.
You'll be creating graphics and carousels in Canva, editing video content in Adobe Premiere Pro, creating Reels and Stories, writing captions, developing content ideas, scheduling posts and helping manage each client's overall social media presence.
A big part of the role is being able to take the content a client provides - whether that's raw video, photos or simply an idea - and work out how to turn it into engaging social content. You'll also need to be comfortable researching and creating content from scratch when there isn't much material to work with.
We're looking for someone with:
✨ Social media management experience
✨ Strong Canva/design skills
✨ Video editing experience, ideally Adobe Premiere Pro
✨ Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
✨ A good understanding of Reels and short-form content
✨ Excellent organisation and attention to detail
✨ The ability to manage multiple client accounts
✨ A good eye for branding and visual consistency
✨ Plenty of creative ideas and the initiative to run with them
Experience with Metricool, OpusClip, Photoshop or Photopea would also be a bonus.
Most importantly, you'll need to be adaptable. Every client has a different brand, audience, tone of voice and visual style, so we're looking for someone who can understand those differences and create content that genuinely feels like them.
