X-ray not always tell the truth
Surgical Extraction of the completely soft tissue mesioangular impacted upper right third molar shifted buccally class C
Primarily I see it a single rooted tooth by x-ray😃
Finally multi-rooted tooth like Christmas tree 😭

-14 y female came wz reversible pulpitis ..Deep soft caries lead to exposed pulp ,so -RCT is a must -During CL&SH , frac...

Deep soft caries lead to exposed pulp ,so -RCT is a must
-During CL&SH , fracture #25 tap 6 file suddenly happened
-Bypass the broken file ,then we manage to make retrieval
-Obturation is done by cold lateral compaction

#أسبابها :
الاصابه ببعض انواع البكتريا ..مشاكل او ضعف المناعه ..نقص في بعض العناصر كالحديد وحمض الفوليك وفيتامين ب١٢ او نتيجه بعض الاجراءات كعلاجات الفم او استخدام الفرشاه واسباب تانيه كتير
#العلاج :
القرح بيتم التئامها بدون علاج خلال اسبوع او اسبوعين
واحيانا بنستخدم بعض الادويه كانواع معينه من المضمضه او الچيل لتخفيف الام وسرعه علاجها
يرجي متابعه الطبيب في حاله تكرار القرح لمعرفه السبب وإزالته

-هو دا صاحبك الحقيقي الي يسيبك تعجن ف سنانه من غير ما تنطق (الصحاب لبعضيها) 😅😅

* Fully impacted upper third molar Type C 'Buccally inclined ' destruct the upper second molar roots ...
* Max sinus approximation
* Time : 50 min
* Precedure:
-Ext of the upp second molar first
-through the socket, we can see our target mesially to the socket impacted in the bone
- Laxation the tooth and then rotation the crown coronally
- Delivery the molar through the previously socket with atrumatic approach
-We could see the max.sinus membrane by our eyes ,but without tearing , no need for PRF
-preparation the socket and then suture
