حالة من العيادة | تأهيل الفك العلوي بالكامل بالزرعات
جت لينا حالة فيها إهمال طويل للأسنان في الفك العلوي، والأسنان الموجودة كانت في حالة متهالكة مش هتقدر تستحمل أي تركيبات تقليدية.
عند عمل الأشعة المقطعية (CBCT) ظهر إن كمية العظم المتاحة قليلة جدًا، مع انحسار واضح في العظم واقتراب شديد من الجيب الأنفي (Maxillary Sinus) — وده بيعقّد أي خطة علاج تقليدية للزرعات.
خطة العلاج:
تم عمل تقييم دقيق للعظم المتبقي، وتحديد أفضل مواقع ممكنة تستوعب الزرعات مع تجنب الجيب الأنفي قدر الإمكان، وتم غرس ٦ زرعات (implants) في الفك العلوي بالاستفادة القصوى من العظم المتاح دون الحاجة لترقيع عظمي إضافي.
بعدها تم عمل تركيبة فك كامل (Full Arch Prosthesis) مثبتة على الزرعات، لإعادة الوظيفة والمظهر للمريض بشكل كامل
Case from the Clinic | Full Maxillary Arch Rehabilitation with Implants
A patient presented to the clinic with severely deteriorated dentition in the upper jaw — teeth that had been neglected for a long time and were beyond restoration with conventional prosthetics.
A CBCT scan revealed a limited amount of available bone, with noticeable bone resorption and close proximity to the maxillary sinus — a combination that significantly complicates conventional implant planning.
Treatment Plan:
After careful evaluation of the remaining bone volume, optimal implant positions were identified to maximize use of the available bone while minimizing sinus involvement, avoiding the need for additional bone grafting. Six (6) implants were placed in the maxilla.
This was followed by a full-arch fixed prosthesis supported entirely on the implants, fully restoring both function and aesthetics for the patient.
Result: Complete rehabilitation of the maxillary arch with a fixed, functional solution — despite the significant challenge posed by the quantity and quality of available bone.
