Inserting an all-ceramic Maryland bridge. Traditionally, porcelain/metal Maryland bridges with 2 wings have had a bad reputation for debonding in 5-7 years. With better bonding systems and ceramics, a single wing all-ceramic Maryland bridge have a 10 year survival rate above 90%. Aesthetically, it is usually even nicer than an implant in the lower incisor region.
