A patient 24 years old presented with generalized spacing in both arches associated with a noticeable midline shift, affecting smile symmetry and overall dental esthetics.
Clinical examination revealed well-aligned arches with interdental spacing distributed along the anterior and posterior segments. The upper and lower dental midlines were not coincident with each other and showed deviation from the facial midline.
