It is time to restore his smile ✨🖌️

Management steps :

1-preoperative x-ray ➡️ open apex

2- vital pulp exposure after fracture in the teeth

3- isolation with rubber dam is done

4- Doing Mta pulpotomy ➡️ (apexogenesis)

5- thercal dressing over mta ➡️ so we can doing composite restoration workflow in the same visit

Now we restore his smile again 👌🏻❤️
