43 years old female patient came to our clinic complaining of badly destructed teeth of the upper arch
She was very frustrated about her teeth after many dentists told her to extract them all and get a removable denture .

We did our magic and gave her an irresistible smile :-
Ttt plan was as follows
-Extraction of all remaining roots
-Endodontic treatment for all affected teeth followed by post placement
-Preparation of all abutments
-Metal framework was fabricated for extra strength and support .

The most touching moment was when our patient cried when she saw the results and told us that we had truly changed her life.

32 years old patient came all the way from Cairo to our clinic complaining of severe pain in his lower jaw . The pain started 2 weeks ago and the patient did visit multiple dentists who prescribed many medications for him, but with no benefit .
After primary examination and xray taking —> impacted lower right wisdom was found after telling the patient the final diagnosis .. the patient has hyperthyroidism and seemed very anxious so we had to minimise the operation time as possible .
—> Our major concern was the proximity of the tooth to the nerve and possibility of causing an injury.
—> After flap elevation .. complete removal of the wisdom tooth was done and the tooth removed as a whole without sectioning to minimise operation time .
