A 50-year-old female patient presented with a painless soft-tissue mass located on the soft palate. The lesion had been present for several months and showed no changes in size. Clinical examination revealed a well-circumscribed, dome-shaped, soft-to-firm nodule, matching the color of the surrounding mucosa. The lesion was non-ulcerated and asymptomatic.

An excisional biopsy was performed under local anesthesia. The mass was removed completely with adequate margins.

Histopathological examination revealed dense collagen bundles covered by stratified squamous epithelium, confirming the diagnosis of irritation fibroma. No evidence of dysplasia or malignancy was detected.

The patient was followed up after two weeks, showing proper healing with no signs of recurrence.
