لما الطبيب يبدأ يطبق بنفسه ، محتاج دايما موجه يلاحظ التفاصيل ، يوجهه في الوقت المناسب ، ويشاركه الخبرة اللي بتتكون من سنين من الـ Clinical Practice .

أطباء التقويم تحديدا لازم يكونوا تحت إشراف مباشر أثناء التطبيق ، لأن الـ Feedback في لحظته ممكن يغيّر طريقة فهم الـ Technique وتطبيقها تمامًا .

كل مرة بكون فيها وسط مجموعة من أطباء التقويم في Training في العيادة ، بكون هدفي أكبر من مجرد شرح Technique أو معلومة جديدة
أنا مؤمنة إن أفضل طريقة للتعلم هي إننا نفهم التفكير اللي ورا القرار
ليه اخترنا الـ Mechanics دي ؟ إمتى نستخدمها ؟ وإزاي نقدر نتعامل مع اختلاف كل Case عن التانية ؟

عشان كده بحب إن الـ Training يكون فيه مساحة حقيقية للنقاش ، الأسئلة ، تحليل الـ Cases، والتطبيق العملي … لأن التفاصيل اللي بنناقشها أثناء التدريب هي اللي بتفرق فعلًا لما الطبيب يرجع للـ Clinic ويبدأ يطبق بنفسه
ده بالضبط النوع من الـ Clinical Experience اللي دايمًا أحب أكون جزء منه🤍
