Patient was referred to the clinic after doing a crown on a 10 year old Endo treatment.
Swelling occured and it was decided to retreat the tooth.
Initially I thought there was 1 perforation and 1 missed canal.
Turns out there were two perforation.
Well root bio ceramic putty was used to close both perforations covered by resin modified glass ionomer.
Pretreatment of the canal was done. Mastercones 40.04
Activation using sonic activator
Obturation using warm vertical compaction
Even though the prognosis is not the best the patient is aware and wants to try to save the tooth.

It pains to say this but I think I am liking this Endo stuff. 🧐❤️

the patient was referred to the residency for retreatment of the upper left first molar, Amalgam filling and old gutta percha were removed.

Missed Mb2 was found, mesiobuccal 1 35.04, mesiobuccal 2 30.04, distobuccal 35.04, palatal 40.04

the patient came to the clinic complaining from severe pain regarding the upper left first molar

Through the diagnosis procedure it was confirmed that the patient has irreversible pulpitis, there were 5 canals present, mesiobuccal 1 35.04, mesiobuccal 2 25.04, distobuccal 1 30.04, distobuccal 2 30.04, palatal 40.04

the patient was referred to the residency for orthograde filling of the upper right central as apicectomy will be done during the lesion removal

After working length determination using the x-ray, multiple irrigation cycles were made with activation using sonic activator ensuring dryness of the canal.

-This case was referred to the residency after initial retreatment was planned for the lower right second molar due to the incidence of two broken files one in the mesiobuccal canal and the other in the mesiolingual canal
-After bypassing the file in the mesiobuccal it was retrieved during irrigation while the file in the mesio lingual canal was retrieved after bypass and troughing using ultra X
- MTA apical plug was done in the distal canal as external root resorption occured due to the presence of a lesion, while the mesial canals where obturated normally (mastercones 35.04),

Some sneaky curvatures in the mesials.
The patient complaining from severe pain related to the lower right side, upon examination it was found that the lower right first molar has irreversible pulpitis, thus root canal treatment was done.
Master cones 40.04 distal, 30.04 mesials

After diagnosis it was seen that there was leakage in the composite and the root canal treatment needed to be redone
