10 Years. Zero Bone Loss. Still Standing Strong.
From one of our early simultaneous implant placement and bone grafting cases in 2015
to a stable peri-implant condition after more than a decade.
The patient returned from England after 10 years for a new
screw-retained crown over Ti-Base - while the implant and surrounding bone remained remarkably stable.
This case reflects what we believed in from the beginning:
• Simultaneous bone grafting done correctly can achieve long-term stability
• Platform switching was not just a trend - it became a biologic advantage
• Implant success is not measured only by osseointegration, but by preservation of hard and soft tissues over time
Radiographs are only one part of the evaluation.
Clinical stability, healthy peri-implant tissues, function, and patient satisfaction are what truly define success.
Still, after 10+ years…
the radiographic evaluation continues to show:
Near-zero crestal bone loss.
Proud to have been among the early adopters and introducers of advanced simultaneous grafting and platform switching concepts in our region.
