For most people it is just before and after photos, but for me it is a journey of planning, mechanics and hard working.
It's all about the treatment plan and understanding biomechanics this is the hardest part of the equation.
this is pt came to our clinic complaining from:
-crocked teeth ❌
-gummy smile ❌
- lower curve of Spee ❌
- buccal segment in the Rt side 3/4 cl II ❌
-Cl II div 2 incisor relation ❌
-lower midline shift❌
-lingually displaced LR5❌
-upright upper incisors ❌
After analysis and planning i decided to go with non-extraction treatment with the pt cooperation we managed to solve our problem list within 14 visits
*Leveled and aligned teeth 💯✅
*Improve the gumminess 💯✅
*Correct the curve of Spee 💯✅
* Achieve canine and molar relation Cl I 💯✅
* Achieve incisors relation cl I 💯✅
*Upright the displaced LR5 💯✅
*Improve upper incisors torque 💯✅
* Correct the lower midline 💯✅
NB >>> pt refused to extract the LL6
pt will undergo gingival recontouring for the upper LL1
