Position Summary:
To provide a premium front desk experience for patients and visitors, ensuring all interactions reflect the elegance and professionalism of the clinic. This role also includes managing online inquiries and interactions through the clinic’s social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
• Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and elegant manner.
• Manage patient check-ins and ensure smooth coordination with doctors and staff.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments accurately.
• Maintain and update patient records with discretion and confidentiality.
Customer Service via Social Media:
• Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business).
• Answer inquiries about services, appointments, and general information promptly and courteously.
• Forward relevant queries to marketing or medical staff when needed.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through attentive and respectful online communication.
Administrative Support:
• Update daily appointment schedules and handle any changes efficiently.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to relay client feedback from online platforms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
• Assist with preparing basic promotional material when required.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in front desk or customer service, preferably in a luxury clinic or hospitality setting.
• Polished appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English is a must (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms professionally.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive personality.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
