A patient male 15 yrs old came to our clinic suffering from
🔎Cheif Complaints:
- Incomplete eruption of upper central incisors
- Unpleasant smile appearance
- Experience of bullying at school
- Difficulties during mastication and speech

📚Investigations Clinical Findings:
- Partially erupted upper right central incisor
- Spacing present in the anterior region
- Tilted upper left central incisor & proclined
- Buccal segments show Class I relationship
- Midline shifted to the right
- Normal overjet and overbite
- Moderate oral hygiene

📈📈Treatment Plan Orthodontic Fixed Appliances:
- Conventional brackets for leveling and alignment
- Utilize open coil springs to create space
- Tracing of upper central incisor with positive torque
🛑🛑Progress:**
- Treatment is ongoing, awaiting final results.
