Advanced smile make over ✨️
Patient (53 years old) came to our office unhappy with his smile,after clinical diagnosis and radiographic picture we found.
Extra tooth (deciduous or baby tooth)
2 centrals with RCT done 25 years ago with no symptoms, short obturation yet asymptomatic.
Severe shidt in the midline.
Altered aesthetics.
Retreatment of these teeth are a bit risky(success rate is 60 percent)
The patient along with us decided not to do Retreatment as the teeth are asymptomatic for 25 years.
The first thing we removed the old PFM bridge
We took out the deciduous wiggly tooth.
We did space analysis along with the lab for ideal guided preps for space distribution.
Patient was unhappy with the shade and shape of the teeth so we went for a full smile make over too.
Shade B1
Crowns and veneers/ Emax layered.
Resin cement was a bit tricky so we went for WO from relyx for the upper crowns (crown thickness was higher than the lower veneers so the sade was a bit intense)
And for the lowers we went for translucent also from RelyX by 3M.
Midline shift was precisely coreected too.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation ✨️
Patient came to our office unhappy with her smile, she had Old zirconia crowns with open margins Multiple caries Gummy smile. Faulty smile line Metal posts over short RCT in the anterior region Multiple failing RCTs Missing lower right 6 Protrusion in upper anterior teeth (crowns inclined buccaly) Cross bite in lower right canine Minimal crowding in the lower anterior teeth. Inflammation and sore gums...
Treatment plan. Removing all caries Removing old crowns with open margins . Removal of metal posts and replacing them with fiber posts and providing enough ferrule. Retreatment of all failing RCTs Laser Gingivectomy (digitally guided with 3d printed splent)
Temporization for 6 weeks untill complete healing of the gums and improving oral hygiene.
PMMA Temporization for another 2 weeks.
Here comes the final stage.
20 units of emax veneers / crowns
6 units of zirconia multilayered crowns /bridge

Full Mouth Rehabilitation✨️
Our patient visited the clinic unhappy with her smile. Her case presented several challenges: old restorations, crowns with open margins, poor esthetics, short teeth that didn't match her skin tone, multiple spaces, a gummy smile, and dark, swollen gums.
Also the crowns were protruded and apparently increased the overjet and overbite dramatically without a very good reason.

Our Treatment Plan:Removal & Preparation: Removed all old crowns and performed guided preparation of the front teeth.Periodontal Treatment: Performed digitally guided laser gingivectomy and laser depigmentation to correct the gummy smile and dark gums.Temporization: Designed a new smile using PMMA provisional crowns to allow proper healing for 6 weeks.Final Restoration: Refined the finish lines relative to the healed gingiva (equi-gingival finish lines) and cemented the final crowns.
Profile improved remarkably,shade and design matching the patient's skin tone and now we can say we restored function and aesthetics.
