هل يتسبب الصيام في نزيف اللثة؟
بالرغم من أن الكثير من الأبحاث تثبت قدرة الصيام على تحسين صحة اللثة ويقلل نسبة الإصابة بتسوس الأسنان إلا إن كتير بيلاحظوا زيادة نزيف اللثة في فترات الصيام.
إيه هي أسباب النزيف؟ وإزاي نتجنبه؟

أسباب نزيف اللثة:

نقص فيتامين c وفيتامين k, و يتسبب في كده نوعية الأكل التي تتناولها أثناء ساعات الإفطار إذن لازم ننتبه لنوعية الوجبات إنها تكون مكتملة العناصر الغذائية و متوازنة للحفاظ على مستوى الفيتامينات على مدار اليوم.

اصطكاك الأسنان (الجز)، يتسبب الصيام في رفع مستوى الكورتيزول(هرمون التوتر) في الدم، و ده بيسبب زيادة الجز على الأسنان وقرح اللثة، الإسترخاء والهدوء يقلل من تأثير الكورتيزول.

جفاف اللثة، الامتناع عن السوائل لساعات طويلة يتسبب في جفاف اللثة و يجعلها أكثر عرضة للنزيف و التقرح، لذا تجنب جرح اللثة لأنها تكون أكثر حساسية.

لذا ننصح بزيارة دورية لطبيبك للإطمئنان على صحة اللثة وإزالة الجير.
